Teeling Single Grain, Small Batch, and Single Malt
The Teeling Distillery is the first new Distillery in Dublin in 125 years. It marks the return of whiskey making to Dublin after 40 years. The Teeling family has been making whiskey since 1782 when Walter Teeling established a small craft distillery at Marrowbone Lane, not far from where the Teeling Distillery stands today. Jack and Stephen Teeling started the Teeling Whiskey Company in 2012 and opened Teeling Distillery in 2015. The Teeling Brothers are proud of the past, but also have an eye on the future. Their distillery leads the way "with innovation and liquid excellence at the core of everything they do." The Phoenix is the symbol of the distillery giving life to their motto Dublin Rising, A Craft Revival.
Teeling Single Grain
Teeling Single Grain is one of only a handful of Single Grain bottlings in the world. It is made with 95% corn, which gives it a delicate sweetness. Aged for 5-years in California Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels from Napa adds a layer of fruit and spice to this outstanding Irish Whiskey.

Teeling Small Batch
Teeling Small Batch is the result of Teeling Distillery's attempt to create the most interesting blended Irish Whiskey. This small batch bottling is made from hand selected casks that are given an extra 6-9 months maturation in ex-rum barrels. This gives Teeling
Small Batch extra character and smooth flavor unique to Irish Whiskey. It is bottled at 92 proof.
It has a unique, smooth, sweet, slightly woody flavor with a sweet spice finish.
Teeling Single Malt
Teeling Single Malt is made from 100% malted barley from a range of different ages including Malt Whiskey distilled in 1991. This Single Malt is vatted from 5 wine cask finished Single Malt whiskeys, Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Teeling Single Malt tastes of dried fruits, citrus, and vanilla. It has a long finish with a sweetness balanced with dry tannins from the wood.
