Teeling Single Grain

The Teeling Distillery is the first new Distillery in Dublin in 125 years. It marks the return of whiskey making to Dublin after 40 years. The Teeling family has been making whiskey since 1782 when Walter Teeling established a small craft distillery at Marrowbone Lane, not far from where the Teeling Distillery stands today. Jack and Stephen Teeling started the Teeling Whiskey Company in 2012 and opened Teeling Distillery in 2015.  The Teeling Brothers are proud of the past, but also have an eye on the future. Their distillery leads the way "with innovation and liquid excellence at the core of everything they do." The Phoenix is the symbol of the distillery giving life to their motto Dublin Rising, A Craft Revival.

Teeling Single Grain is one of only a handful of  Single Grain bottlings in the world. It is made with 95% corn, which gives it a delicate sweetness. Aged for 5-years in California Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels from Napa adds a layer of fruit and spice to this outstanding Irish Whiskey.

Going to the Sesh is an Irish way of saying, going out for drinks and having fun with friends, enjoying some good conversation and listening to live local music... sounds like an evening in New Orleans.  There could be no better name for our summer cocktail made with Teeling Single Grain than 'Going to the Sesh'. Let us be your first stop when you're going to the Sesh.
