Jameson Caskmates
The idea came about as a couple of friends were having drinks at their neighborhood pub. Dave Quinn, Master of Whiskey science at Jameson Distillery and Shane Long, Head Brewer at Franciscan Well, a local Irish micro-brewery decided to use Jameson's proprietary oak barrels from the Midleton Distillery. Franciscan Wells made a unique Irish Stout Beer and aged it in those Jameson Casks. They were curious to see the flavor impact the whiskey barrels would impart. They were impressed with the results, so much so that they decided to put Jameson Original whiskey back into those same barrels and age it. The result was Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition.

Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition is smooth and tastes of milk chocolate, hops, coffee, cocoa bean and creamy butterscotch. We recommend you enjoy it neat.
Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition
Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition is the second release in the Caskmates Series.
Almost two years later, they released the second in the series Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition, using the same idea as before but using IPA Beer. You have the smoothness of triple distilled Jameson with citrus and hops notes of an IPA.
It is delicious neat or served with a gentlemen's cube. We recommend you try it in place of vodka with our House Made Bloody Mary Mix, as a Bloody Molly.
